Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% In Office
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities
Review and verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process, update, and close customer orders in the system.
Generate and print pick tickets, Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation.
Update shipment information, including pallet counts, carton quantities, weights, and other shipping details.
Maintain accurate order records and system data.
Verify inventory, shipping, and receiving information, reporting any discrepancies for resolution.
Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data validation as required.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
Experience entering customer orders and processing shipment orders.
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and pick tickets.
High attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
