Duration: May 4, 2026 – August 27, 2026 (4-month initial project).
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional OT possible).
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid - 4 days onsite).
Interview Process: 1-round IN-PERSON interview.
Testing: Successful candidates may be required to complete a speed and accuracy data entry test.

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute timely and accurate data entry and processing of financial transactions in alignment with firm and industry regulations.
SLA Management: Prioritize and manage your own daily workload to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
Operational Support: Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Flexibility & Pivoting: Demonstrate the ability to adjust priorities quickly and support different departments or tasks as project volumes shift.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate processing issues promptly to ensure service quality is maintained.
Compliance: Adhere to established operating practices and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding customer data.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of post-secondary education.
Experience: 1–2 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years of transaction processing experience preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily 15-minute team huddles and internal reporting.
Detail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a high level of attention to detail.
Work Style: Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment and a willingness to work overtime as required.
Previous experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of/experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), FATCA, CRS, or CSE regulatory reporting.
Resourcefulness and a self-motivated "willingness to learn."
