Responsibilities
Order Management: Accurately enter clinical orders and ensure complete logistical follow-up.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels and monitor incoming/outgoing shipments via the warehouse management system.
Bilingual Coordination: Handle phone calls and emails from clients and partners (both local and across Canada).
Administrative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operational flow and data integrity.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3 years in an administrative, data entry, or order management role.
Bilingualism (Essential): Professional-level fluency in both French and English (oral and written). Note: This position requires regular communication with English-speaking partners and clients located outside of Quebec.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Major Asset: Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., Fishbowl), an ERP, or similar inventory systems.
Core Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
