In this role, you will be responsible for pulling physical medical files from storage cartons, identifying specific data fields, and accurately inputting that information into our client's secure database. While 95% of your shift will be spent seated at a computer workstation executing high-volume typing, the remaining 5% involves manually retrieving and moving the document cartons from staging pallets.

Comfortable Split Environment: 95% of the shift is performed from a seated office workstation.
Skill Advancement: Great opportunity to sharpen high-volume alphanumeric typing and data management skills.
Convenient Location: Centrally located facility in Moncton, NB.
Responsibilities
Data Processing: Pull individual medical files from storage cartons, identify required data fields, and accurately input them into the system.
High-Speed Entry: Maintain a consistent, rapid typing pace to meet the benchmark of 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
Quality Control: Ensure near-perfect data entry accuracy to pass the strict "double key" system verification.
Material Handling: Retrieve a 30–50 lb storage box from a pallet, carry it 15–20 feet to your station, process the files, and return the box to the pallet roughly every 5 to 7 minutes.
Pallet Organization: Safely stack and organize document cartons on pallets up to 5 boxes high.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proven ability to hit 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy.
Physical Strength: Must be able to repeatedly lift, lower, and carry cartons weighing 30 to 50 lbs from heights ranging between 13" and 45".
