In this critical analytical role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive review, monitoring, and auditing of institutional client information. Your core mandate is to enhance, unify, and consolidate complex client data structures across multiple high-volume trading platforms. Operating as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will ensure absolute data integrity within the central Client Data Repository (CDR), helping to reduce operational risk and provide high-value, auditable data insights to enterprise business users.

Responsibilities
Data Integrity & Governance: Audit and monitor institutional client data housed within the central repository (CDR), ensuring absolute accuracy, consistency, and compliance with institutional standards.
Data Synthesis & Research: Conduct exhaustive research on institutional clients, analyzing information pulled from a variety of disparate internal and external data suppliers.
Risk & Monitoring Frameworks: Recommend and implement enhanced data profiling methodologies and improved monitoring processes to actively minimize data risk and credit exposure for the firm.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for internal business partners, system users, and external data suppliers to resolve repository discrepancies.
Operational Optimization: Identify operational friction points and data tracking breaks, engineer scalable resolution paths, and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to the executive management team.
Policy Enforcement: Author, maintain, and enforce data management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on a global scale.
Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 9 years of recent, highly relevant business or industry experience focused on data analysis, data quality audit, or account management functions specifically supporting an institutional client base.
Capital Markets Savvy: Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise capital markets, trading operations, and credit risk management frameworks.
Data Structure Competency: Deep familiarity with institutional client entity hierarchies, data structures, and multi-platform data integration processes.
Reconciliation & Investigation: Proven, in-depth data investigation acumen with specific experience handling complex client and account maintenance reconciliation.
Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of financial regulatory compliance standards impacting institutional client documentation and data storage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related equivalent field.
Soft Skills & Attributes: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. An analytical self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and the proven ability to navigate high ambiguity and tight deadlines.
