Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including training sessions, operational systems, and maintenance activities.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, finance) to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
