Job title: Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $17.92/h
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

Purpose of the role:
• The role holder works as part of the service delivery team that is aligned to one customer. He/she will have focus on the following:
• Delivery of service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)
• Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements (KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin)
• Contributing to service transformation and business growth (KPI: Further profitable service revenue)

- 6 month contract with strong potential to be extended
- Payrate: $17.92/h
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5 pm
- Fully Onsite position
Responsibilities
• Perform postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department to client timescales
• Perform outgoing postal and courier duties
• Liaise with customers via telephone and face to face advising on their postal requirements and relevant information
• Responsible for a number of day to day office duties including:
• Delivering parcels, consumables, paper
Responding to ad-hoc customer requests
Qualifications
Excellent people skills, good communicator. print / mail a nice to have but not necessary.
MS Office
Physical requirements:
Lifting of paper boxes, delivering mail, courier and paper within the same building
