Position: Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2
Location: Etobicoke, ON
5 month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)

- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5pm
- Payrate: $17.92
Responsibilities
• Perform postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department to client timescales
• Perform outgoing postal and courier duties
• Liaise with customers via telephone and face to face advising on their postal requirements and relevant information
• Responsible for a number of day to day office duties including:
• Delivering parcels, consumables, paper
• Responding to ad-hoc customer requests
• Lifting of paper boxes, delivering mail, courier and paper within the same building
Qualifications
• Entry Level with little or no prior work experience
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Work is routine and requires minimal problem resolution
• Completes work with limited autonomy
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
