Responsibilities
•Develop an accurate and up-to-date Demand Plan, accounting for existing short-term and long-term stock levels.
•Take charge of implementing the global supply chain vision for the Americas region.
•Analyze sales figures and market trends, including customer behavior, seasonal fluctuations, promotions, and new product launches.
•Analyze forecasts in detail and summary, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
•Utilize state-of-the-art techniques, such as statistical forecasting and management by exception, with the support of demand planning tools.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure diligent follow-up.
•Maintain master data within SAP.
•Lead the monthly demand review for your portfolio and support teams in the product lifecycle process.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of two years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or similar planning processes.
•A strong analytical mindset and a curiosity for business processes and systems.
•Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
