Operating within a collaborative team environment, you will monitor, maintain, and optimize web-based middleware, enhance CI/CD automation pipelines, maintain Kubernetes cluster environments, and ensure high availability across multi-tier deployment architectures. Responsibilities
Monitor, configure, maintain, and optimize web-based middleware solutions to ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web API frameworks.

Enhance and support CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins configurations, build automation, and automated test oversight.
Manage multi-tier deployment environments and coordinate software builds across concurrent development streams.
Provision, configure, and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
Perform system patch management, apply software upgrades, and evaluate emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
Implement, configure, and monitor platform health metrics using tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize web servers (Apache), reverse proxies, and load balancers (Nginx).
Execute shell scripts (Bash), database queries, and automate routine system administration tasks across Linux/Ubuntu operating environments.
Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by diagnosing production issues, conducting performance testing, and participating in release stabilization.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Technical Capabilities
Full SDLC & Programming Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and administration utilizing Java, relational databases (MySQL), and Git version control.
DevOps & Automation Pipeline Depth: 10+ years of experience with automation servers (such as Jenkins), Linux operating systems (Ubuntu), and Bash shell scripting.
API Frameworks & Middleware: 10+ years of experience developing and supporting APIs, API Gateways, web middleware, and integration frameworks.
Web Infrastructure & Load Balancing: 10+ years of experience configuring and optimizing web servers (Apache), load balancers, and reverse proxies (Nginx).
Containerization & Orchestration: Proven hands-on experience provisioning, setting up, and maintaining Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
System Administration & Maintenance: Direct experience with software installation, configuration, patch management, system administration, and root-cause troubleshooting for web services.
Performance Testing: Demonstrated experience executing load testing, load balancing, automated testing, and performance tuning for web platforms.

Public Sector Context: Prior experience working with government organizations or public sector IT entities is considered a strong asset.
