Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing two key customer programs. Your core responsibilities will include:
Content Upload & Management: Uploading and tagging customer content (quotes, testimonials, case studies) into advocacy platforms, maintaining accurate internal content libraries, and ensuring proper categorization of assets by industry, product, persona, and region.
Program Support & Administration: Assisting with customer surveys and review campaigns, monitoring content submissions, tracking customer approvals and legal clearances, and maintaining program calendars, trackers, and dashboards.
Platform Operations: Supporting the day-to-day operations of advocacy platforms, generating reports on content usage and performance, and troubleshooting basic issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Legal) to gather necessary information, communicating with external vendors, and preparing internal updates on content status.
Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with:
A degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Comfort with content management tools, spreadsheets, and various digital platforms.
Experience with digital advocacy platforms (specifically TechValidate and/or UserEvidence) is highly preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
A "can-do" and proactive problem-solving attitude.
