Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Partner with product owners and product managers to develop and monitor key performance metrics to facilitate measurement and strategic direction for each product.
- Ensuring the measurement frameworks and success criteria for digital products are aligned with and contribute to KPIs.
- Gathering business questions and translating them into data requirements and specifications.
- Conducting in-depth analyses to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors across digital platforms.
- Developing processes to measure and monitor outcomes of development projects and progress against performance goals.
- Attending regular agile ceremonies with cross functional partners and development squads.
- Preparing regular reports and dashboards summarizing key findings, insights, and learnings related to development projects.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and adhering to data privacy regulations.
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Implementing testing, personalization, and other experimental designs to optimize digital content and features
- Analyze guest data to derive actionable insights that support business decisions and personalized experiences.
- Development and maintenance of operational reporting and dashboards supporting digital marketing and digital shopping experience.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, business analytics, or a related field
- You have 5 years of experience in digital analytics, customer analytics, or related roles
- You have experience with experimentation and web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Data Collection, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Customer Data Platforms
- You are proficient with data visualization software (preferably Power BI and Tableau)
- You have experience with data integration, SQL, scripting languages, and relational databases
- You can analyze and interpret consumer behaviour, preferences, and decision-making processes
- You are comfortable working under deadlines, managing multiple priorities, taking initiative, and paying close attention to detail
- You have experience working in agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- You are a team player and have experience working with cross-functional teams
- You are innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing creative solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You strike a balance between autonomy and collaboration effectively
- You inspire innovative thinking and continual improvement
