In this collaborative position, you'll be instrumental in bringing marketing campaigns to life. You'll work closely with program managers to execute and report on initiatives across various digital marketing channels, including digital flyers and promotions. Your ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial, as will your collaboration with analytics partners to measure the ROI of your efforts. We're looking for someone who is a quick learner and eager to master in-house tools.
To succeed in this role, you should be process-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Actively support Program Managers by executing various marketing campaigns across digital channels, including digital flyers and promotional activities, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Collaborate closely with analytics partners to gather data, assist in analyzing campaign performance, and contribute to reports detailing key metrics and ROI for various initiatives.
• Prepare and update marketing presentations, spreadsheets, and internal communications using Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel to support campaign reporting and strategic discussions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign elements, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned, and assist with the smooth operation of digital campaigns and in-house marketing tools.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (Strong Excel skills will be a bonus).
• A process-driven, organized, and highly detail-oriented approach.
• The ability to multi-task effectively and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An analytical mindset to drive informed decisions.
• Previous experience in an eCommerce or Retail environment is a huge plus!
