As a Project Director, you will be at the heart of the operational strategy, coaching a talented team of project managers and superintendents, while ensuring the optimization of projects and operations. This key industrial management position will allow you to leverage your experience for the management and development of the department, in close collaboration with management.
Advantages
• Competitive salary between $160,000 and $175,000.
• Potential for a bonus to be evaluated.

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 45-50 hours per week.
• Vacation in accordance with CCQ standards plus an additional week.

Responsibilities
• Manage, assist, and coach a team of 7 project managers and 5 superintendents.
• Act as a key liaison between operations, management, and field teams (consisting of 170 employees, 130 of whom are CCQ members).
• Regularly visit job sites to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Optimize projects and operations by implementing best practices.
• Lead the growth and development of the department.
• Contribute to civil engineering and water main rehabilitation projects.
Qualifications
• Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Senior experience in project management, ideally with a general contractor.
• In-depth expertise in trenchless rehabilitation and water main networks.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in software such as Excel and MS Project.
• Ability to work in various environments: office, remote, and job sites.
• Strong sense of industrial management and process optimization.
