A major owner and property manager of Class A office buildings in the Montreal area is seeking a passionate Director of Operations to manage all daily technical operations of a prestigious office building in the heart of the Montreal region.
As Director of Operations, you will be the pivot person responsible for all daily technical operations of the property. You will play a strategic role in assisting and managing capital investment, operating, and tenant improvement projects.

Reporting to the Property Director, you will collaborate closely with management to support the various facets of property management and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives (such as GRESB and BOMA BEST), which are core values for our client. Safety and Compliance:
Compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
