Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in the financial, strategic, and operational management of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes, financial performance, and the implementation of tools and indicators to support business decisions in a high-growth context.
- Supervise all accounting activities (full cycle, consolidations, audits, monthly and annual financial statements).
- Ensure the reliability and compliance of financial information according to applicable standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Implement and improve processes, internal controls, and financial systems to support growth.
- Provide strategic analyses and dashboards to support management decisions.
- Actively participate in expansion, financing, or merger/acquisition projects.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to ensure proactive financial management of projects and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation (CPA), a significant asset
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including several in a management position.
- Solid experience in a technology SME or a fast-growing company.
- Excellent command of ERP systems and performance management tools.
- Strategic vision, ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Inspiring leadership, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
