The Director of Finance plays a strategic role on the Executive Committee, with real influence over the company’s major decisions. At the heart of the action, they work daily with operational teams to align financial objectives with on-the-ground priorities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance and accounting teams
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements
- Direct the budgeting cycle, financial forecasting, and performance analysis
- Provide financial analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and the digital transformation of the finance function
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and government partners
- Oversee cash management, working capital, and financing needs
- Serve as the financial right-hand to the CEO and the Executive Committee.
Qualifications
- CPA (or equivalent training) – a significant asset
- 8+ years of experience in strategic financial roles, including several in team management.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and multi-site environments.
- High level of rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Motivating leadership and collaborative approach
