Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: Montréal (Hybrid)
Salary : Up to 130K depending on experience

Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will autonomously organize and manage mandates of the following types:
- Define the financial vision of the company and support organic growth.
- Advise management and stakeholders on strategic financial decisions.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and medium and long-term business plans.
- Ensure complete management of the accounting cycle, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Establish and optimize processes, internal controls, and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
- Actively participate in financing, acquisition, technological transformation, or ERP implementation projects.
- Act as a business partner with various departments to support the profitability of operations.
- Mentor, mobilize, and develop a strong and motivated finance team.
Qualifications
- CPA, an important asset
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Intellectually curious: Limitless commitment to continual improvement.
- Bilingual environment
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel
