Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning processes: annual budget, forecasts, 3–5 year strategic plan
- Lead, motivate, and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, rigor, and continuous improvement
- Develop complex financial models incorporating growth, scenarios, sensitivity, and risks
- Support growth initiatives (new markets, investments, strategic projects)
- Implement and optimize BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Work closely with operational teams (sales, operations, marketing)
- Contribute to presentations to the executive committee and the board of directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA an asset)
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Inspiring leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills
