Responsibilities
- Lead the production of the Group's financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to deadlines.
- Supervise the consolidation operations of subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations, multi-currency conversion, and required adjustments.
- Provide technical leadership on IFRS standards, including interpreting standards, documenting complex accounting positions, and guiding the treatment of major transactions.
- Play a central role in finance function transformation projects, including redesigning closing and reporting processes, standardizing practices, and continuously improving operational efficiency.
- Actively contribute to the implementation, evolution, and optimization of consolidation, reporting, and financial planning tools, in close collaboration with Finance IT teams.
- Lead and engage a team of specialized professionals by setting priorities, supporting skill development, and managing resources in a context of transformation.
- Provide senior management with relevant and reliable financial analyses, translate financial results into strategic issues, and contribute to discussions on the evolution of the Group's financial and operational model.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA is an asset.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in a multinational environment or in a high-growth company is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team of professionals.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, or equivalent) as well as reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a complex environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance, accounting, and operational teams.
