Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ( need to be flexible for overtime time to time )

Field: Real Estate and Mortgage Services
Salary: $37,000 -$40,000 annually
Annual Bonus Incentive: 5%

Required Experience : Experience in administration, document handling, or customer support (real estate or legal background is an asset but not required).

Responsibilities
- Process discharge requests and prepare associated legal documents on behalf of lenders.
- Coordinate the document sign-in/sign-out process across various internal departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely registration and dispatch of discharge documents.
- Communicate with internal teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Collaborate closely with the discharge team lead and operations manager to ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
- Provide support during peak volume seasons and assist with prioritizing time-sensitive files.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, document handling, or customer support (real estate or legal background is an asset but not required).
- Strong soft skills – professional, approachable, friendly, and a true team player.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working 90% of the time on a computer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the company.
