Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and facilitate the execution of mortgage discharge documents.
- Communicate effectively with financial institutions and law firms to obtain necessary information and provide status updates.
- Update internal databases with precision to ensure every file is audit-ready.
- Identify discrepancies in legal descriptions or payout figures and resolve them before they become roadblocks.
- Meet strict daily quotas and turnaround times to ensure our clients stay happy.
Qualifications
- You have 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, mortgage processing, or a high-volume administrative role.
- Experience with Teraview / LTSA
