Must be comfortable working these hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM OR 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a dishwasher, your duties will include:

• Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and all kitchen equipment.
• Loading, operating, and maintaining automated dishwashing equipment (industrial dishwashers).
• Keeping the dishwashing area and dish storage areas clean, safe, and perfectly organized.
• Strictly adhere to current hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Actively support the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Perform various related tasks involving general maintenance, kitchen cleaning, and waste management.

Qualifications
What is expected of you in this role:

• Ability to work quickly and maintain a steady pace.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Physical stamina (ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and handle heavy dishes).
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative approach with kitchen staff.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
