- Hours between 7am and 5pm (flexible)
- Salary based on experience, between 60,000 - 65,000 negotiable

Responsibilities
- Provide top notch customer service to all clients
- Coordinate any shipment requests for High-Value shipments
- Validate and coordinate delivery status / ETAS, ensure orders are on track, tracking/tracing the crews throughout the day
- Organize work orders into routes – keeping in mind service areas, timed calls, number of stops, freight dimensions/weights, etc
- Ensure all of the paperwork accurate and up to date, such as manifests for current shipment or future shipments
- Constant communication with drivers and crews to stay ontop of delivery statuses
- Ensure orders have been planned for the next day
- Follow up on any emails requiring a response by customers, CS, Management, etc.
- And all other related task.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Transportation
- Experience in white-glove-service shipments is preferred
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with High-Value shipments
- A self-starter individual who is motivated
- A problem solver
- Organizable and time management is important to be successful
