The ideal candidate must demonstrate logic, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to find quick solutions. An intermediate or advanced level of English (ideally fluent bilingualism) is required to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients. Although this is a specialized technical field, full training and ongoing support are provided by the company from day one.

Responsibilities
Internal Operations & Administrative Support:
Manage technician schedules and accurately process weekly timesheets.
Process technician uniform reimbursement requests.
Review technician maintenance reports to identify required parts and coordinate seamlessly with the procurement department.
Client Relations & Service Coordination:
Answer incoming client calls (handling up to 30 calls per day during peak periods) and schedule service appointments efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial, heavy industrial, and institutional clients (e.g., schools and hospitals).
Communicate fluently in English (and French) to support English-speaking accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience & Technical Logic: High level of resourcefulness, practical logic, and strong problem-solving skills in a technical or industrial dispatch setting (experience with boilers is an asset; full internal training provided).
Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced English (bilingualism preferred) for managing English-speaking accounts.
Core Competencies: Ability to prepare basic quotes (petites soumissions), review daily technician reports, coordinate procurement, and manage compliance across client portals (background checks/skill cards).
Work Schedule & Presence: Availability for 40 hours per week (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM). 100% on-site presence required during probation.
Location: Based in or easily accessible to Montreal-North (
