Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate LTL and Container truckloads efficiently across routes
Manage a fleet of 15 to 30 drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and maximum productivity
Ensure punctual service for all pick-ups and deliveries while adhering to strict schedules.
Plan tasks for the following day to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor shipments, handle changes, and resolve issues quickly
Keep accurate records and update logistics systems in real-time

Qualifications
- English and French (verbal & written) required
- Previous experience in dispatch or transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
