Advantages
- Title: Dispatcher
- Location: Anjou
- Salary: $70k maximum, payable on a semi-monthly basis. Performance and salary reviews take place annually in April or May.
- Schedule Rotating 4 day work weeks (week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) (week 2 = Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday)
- Hours: Night shift 6:00pm to 5:00am
- Bonus: Eligible for a performance bonus of up to $2,000.00.
- Benefits: Company benefits starting on your first day of work. This is a cost-shared program between the employee and the employer.
- Vacation: Entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation will be pro-rated for this year. The timing of your vacation will be subject to manager approval based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Dispatch & Communication: Schedule driver loads for efficiency and safety in TMW; communicate route, site, and trailer details to drivers; serve as the main driver point of contact to resolve delivery issues.
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Input customer orders and tank dips into TMW; monitor delivery deadlines; confirm completed loads and log detention time.
- Driver Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate driver routing and accessorial fees in TMW for payroll; report safety incidents, service issues, or delays immediately to management.
- Customer Support & Operations: Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and support the broader operations team as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch or a related field minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort with IT tools (TMW, Microsoft Office)
- Clear and effective communication, both oral and written
- Ability to manage pressure and make quick decisions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
