Advantages
Monday to Friday work hours are between 8am to 5pm (flexible start time)
40 hour work week
Full medical and dental benefits (after 3 months)
2 weeks vacation
Salary $45000-55000
Location - Pointe Claire
Responsibilities
- The person will be responsible for invoicing, verifying driver pay, and preparing customer-specific processes.
- Participate in managing driver payroll.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to transport operations.
- Process customer requests.
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries.
- Follow up with drivers and update customers.
- Complete trips in the system with all necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Plan and organize activities to be ready to accomplish assigned tasks, while respecting efficiency, profitability, productivity, health and safety, and quality standards;
- Other duties and support as needed.

Experience in the cross-border transport industry
Comfortable with computer systems
Customer service oriented
Ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of Truckmate an asset.

Respectful;
Honest and straightforward.
