Responsibilities
As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations related to deliveries, pickups, and service interventions, in addition to ensuring optimal use of internal resources, ensures customer satisfaction and ensures the smooth flow of internal and external operations.
• You are a natural facilitator: you create clear and effective links between drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• You are calm and solution-oriented: you handle the unexpected with composure and adjust priorities without losing control.
• You are analytical and efficient: you optimize routes, question volumes, and constantly find ways to do better with less.
Qualifications
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good ability to handle stress.
• Customer orientation marked.
• Good knowledge of computer tools and TMS systems.
• Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of the geolocation software Géotab (an asset).
