Responsibilities
- Handle return shipments from USA to Quebec/Canada
- Manage client relationships
- Negotiable the shipment rates
- Optimize routes,
- Support with cross-border customs
- Track and trace drivers utilizing Isaac
- Ensure constant flow of profitable loads
Qualifications
- Knowledge of USA/QC lanes
- 2+ years experience in dispatching
- Bilingual French and English
- Someone efficient and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of brokers, customs, and overall trucking industry
