Responsibilities
Title: Dispatcher
- Analyze requests and determine their urgency and specifications (type of goods, volume, time constraints)
- Manage local routes and related drivers
- Complete customs paperwork for local US routes
- Enter data required for dispatching and invoicing in the computer system
- Inform customers of any schedule changes or delays
- Solve transport problems (delays, accidents, last-minute changes) by finding appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en répartition
- Bilinguisme
- Sens de l’écoute et du service client
- Proactivité et autonomie
- Résistance au stress, capacité à travailler sous pression
- Esprit d’équipe et sens de la coordination
