You will spearhead the annual business planning and financial oversight for the regional survey group, monitoring revenue, margins, and team utilization. You will manage high-profile projects from proposal to completion, ensuring technical excellence and consistency while maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Qualifications
-Degree in Geomatics or Civil Engineering (or an equivalent field)
-Experience in the surveying sector for urban development
- While an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) license is a significant asset, it is not required
-10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or staff management capacity
-Success in this role requires a deep understanding of business finance, contract management, and surveying principles, alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills
