Location: NE Calgary, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Transportation: Transit Accessible

Responsibilities
-Sort and organize incoming documents and records
-Scan documents into electronic systems while ensuring image quality and accuracy
-Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
-Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, bindings, and other fasteners
-Index documents accurately into designated systems
-Support document archiving and records management activities
Qualifications
Previous administrative, clerical, records management, data entry, document processing, or office experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 20–40 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Successful completion of required compliance requirements, including Triton and NDA documentation
