Responsibilities
Service, inspect, assemble, and maintain downhole drilling tools, including drilling motors, stabilizers, and other Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) components.
Operate specialized equipment such as a breakout machine, forklift, and overhead crane in strict accordance with all safety protocols.
Ensure tools meet performance and safety standards prior to field deployment.
Accurately document service reports, tool inspections, and maintenance records.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company safety policies.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with downhole drilling tools and motors is essential.
Willingness to work occasional overtime and be on-call as needed.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and performance.
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy parts and tools up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, punctual, and seeking long-term employment.
