Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle BA Delivery: Drive requirements gathering, create comprehensive functional documentation, and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
- Commerce Enablement: Focus specifically on the e-commerce DXP component to enable online shopping capabilities - for banners currently lacking a transactional presence.
- Hybrid Project Management: Navigate a complex environment using Agile for development sprints and Waterfall for executive reporting and budgeting milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Program Lead and provide guidance to Data Analysts to ensure data requirements align with commerce objectives.
- Testing Support: Support QA teams during testing phases to ensure the final product meets the documented business needs.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Retail or CPG sectors.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record with web and mobile e-commerce projects (e.g., transactional flows, cart management, and checkout optimization).
- Methodology: Strong experience working in Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environments.
- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira for backlog management and requirement tracking.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Digital Experience Platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Omnichannel retail strategies.
Soft Skills: Must be a proactive collaborator with the ability to handle the urgency of a fast-moving program.
