Position: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week).
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, choice between (8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM).
Work Model: 100% On-site.
Salary: $63,000 - $67,000 per year.
Benefits: After a 3-month probation period:
50/50 Group Insurance Plan.
5 sick days & 3 personal days per year (January–December).
Enhanced paid Christmas holidays (5 days instead of 3).
Vacation: 3 weeks are negotiable and will be discussed.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
EDI/Portals Coordination: Manage corporate account orders and queries via EDI systems and client portals.
Key Account Management: Collaborate closely with the Manager to manage orders and resolve internal issues related to our major clients.
Order Entry: Quickly and accurately enter orders into our computerized system.
Sales Support: Answer representatives' calls regarding order or product issues and take ownership of the complete resolution.
Customer Service: Respond to internal inquiries, verify stock availability, suggest substitutions, and arrange for returned goods pick-ups.
Administration: Process price quotes and increases within the system, and perform other related administrative support tasks as required.
Qualifications
Required Profile / Experience and Skills
Essential Bilingualism: Ability to communicate fluently, both written and spoken, in French and English.
Experience: Experience in a similar Coordinator role.
Software Proficiency: Comfort and facility with software/computer systems.
Work Ethic: Friendliness and ability to work at a faster-than-average pace while being meticulous with details.
Autonomy: Self-confidence, autonomy, and ability to work without constant supervision.
Composure: Aptitude for maintaining composure and professionalism when managing problems and inquiries.
