• Daily inspections and shift-by-shift safety checks
• Incident and accident investigations
• Employee engagement regarding health and safety concerns
• Documentation and analysis of incident reports
• Linking findings to operational procedures
• Close collaboration with shop floor teams.
Duties:
Act as a coach and advisor for management of the EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Manage the reporting, investigation, and analysis program for events and assist in managing return-to-work processes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of various EHS programs and procedures (ergonomics, lockout/tagout, scheduled inspections, waste management and audits, etc.) and ensure compliance with requirements.
Organize activities to promote employee awareness, increase participation, and encourage safe behaviors.
Maintain the EHS management system (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and participate in internal and external audits.
Ensures that key performance indicators (KPIs) are updated, monitored, and maintained, and ensures that measures are taken to improve EHS performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
1. Background in Health and Safety
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Experience with administrative documentation
4. Knowledge of operational procedures
5. Accident investigation experience

Preferred Industry Experience
• Heavy industry (e.g., manufacturing, construction)
• Experience with machinery, chemicals, forklifts, slings, and working at height
• ASP Construction Certification is highly valued
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or schools is not suitable

• Minimum: 1 year in health and safety
• Preferred: 3–5 years, especially in heavy industry or construction
