Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair diverse electrical and mechanical systems and components
Oversee the full problem-solving process — from initial assessment to successful resolution

Guide and train apprentices on proper tool handling, testing procedures, and safety practices
Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety policies and site-specific regulations
Apply all applicable Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) standards and best practices in daily work
Qualifications
Certification: Must hold a valid Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician designation
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with construction tools, generators, transformers, switchgear, temporary power systems, and electrical diagnostic equipment
High Voltage Knowledge: Proven capability in servicing, inspecting, and testing high-voltage electrical systems
Core Competencies: Excellent analytical thinking, organization, communication, and teamwork abilities
Safety Focus: Dedicated to maintaining and promoting a strong safety-first culture in all tasks
