Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities as an Electrical Team Lead – Class C License:
Team Coordination: Responsible for assigning daily tasks to technicians and overseeing workflow and priorities.
Compliance & Quality Control: Act as the lead for work compliance, ensuring all electrical work meets the strict standards of the Electrical Code and safety protocols.
Supplier Management: Serve as the primary contact for external suppliers, managing procurement, service coordination, and order follow-ups.
Technical Expertise: Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical infrastructure (lighting, power distribution, elevators, and security systems).
Expert Diagnostics: Identify the root cause of complex electrical failures and guide the team toward efficient, long-term solutions.
Optimization & Prevention: Collaborate with the maintenance department to maximize facility performance through preventive inspections and safety audits.
Administrative Oversight: Validate intervention reports, document team activities, and ensure technical drawings and records are kept up to date.
Qualifications
Requirements – Electrical Team Lead, Class C License

Education: Diploma in electricity or electromechanics, or a recognized equivalent (DEP in Electricity or DEC in Electrical Engineering).
Certification: Hold a valid Class C License (Construction or Non-Construction).

Languages: Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.
