Responsibilities

Expert Diagnostics: Identify the root cause of electrical failures—ranging from simple to highly complex—and implement rapid, long-lasting solutions.
Compliance and Rigor: Guarantee strict adherence to the Electrical Code and the most demanding safety protocols.
Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to maximize the reliability and performance of building facilities.
Prevention: Conduct preventive inspections and actively participate in periodic safety audits.
Administrative Follow-up: Rigorously document all interventions and keep technical drawings and records up to date.
Qualifications
Requirements – Class C Licensed Electrician or Electromechanical Technician:
To be considered for this building-specialized role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: A diploma in electricity or electromechanics, or a recognized equivalent (DEP in Electricity or DEC in Electrical Engineering).
Certification: A valid Class C License, either in construction or non-construction sectors.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English (verbal and written).
Autonomy: A proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Soft Skills: Strong prioritization skills, a proactive attitude (high energy), and professional interpersonal skills.
Communication: Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
