Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the daily distribution of technical interventions to ensure operational fluidity across the entire site.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electrical systems to guarantee the longevity of building installations.
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and ensure rigorous tracking of necessary material orders.
Ensure strict compliance with the electrical code and internal maintenance procedures by all members of your team.
Intervene directly in major or complex breakdowns to provide rapid and safe technical solutions.
Mentor and mobilize technicians by fostering clear communication and a collaborative spirit focused on service excellence.
Qualifications
Hold a valid License C (construction or non-construction sector) as a mandatory requirement.
Possess a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in electricity along with solid experience in large-scale building maintenance.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage urgent situations with composure and high operational efficiency.
Mastery of motor power systems, lighting, and complex electrical infrastructure typical of institutional sites.
Ability to communicate fluently in French and English to interact effectively with various partners and suppliers.
Show great administrative rigor in technical reporting and the follow-up of maintenance files.
