About the Role
Our bustling industrial manufacturing shop located in the Acheson/Spruce Grove area is actively hunting for two highly skilled Journeyperson Electricians (or very experienced Apprentices) to round out our floor crew. This is a dedicated six-month temp-to-perm arrangement where you can prove your technical worth and secure a stable, long-term position. If you are an absolute pro at bending rigid conduit, have a solid background in complex electrical panel assembly, and thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment, you are exactly who we need on our team.

Exceptional Compensation::
- Journeyperson: $46.00 / hour (we have negotiation room for the right candidate)
- 4th Year Apprentice: $36.80 / hour
- 3rd Year Apprentice: $32.20 / hour
- 2nd Year Apprentice: $27.60 / hour
- 1st Year Apprentice: $25.30 / hour

Responsibilities
Expertly bend, route, and install heavy rigid conduit systems for large-scale industrial equipment and massive manufacturing units.

Assemble, wire, and rapidly troubleshoot complex electrical control panels inside our high-production, fast-paced panel fabrication bay.

Accurately read, analyze, and translate intricate electrical schematics, technical blueprints, and advanced engineering drawings to ensure perfect builds every time.

Take a proactive leadership role on the shop floor, anticipating upcoming production needs while maintaining an absolute commitment to our safety regulations.

Work seamlessly alongside mechanical trades, structural welders, and shop management to guarantee that all major production targets and shipping deadlines are met safely.

Qualifications
Active Trade Credentials: A certified Alberta Journeyperson Electrician ticket is heavily preferred, though we are highly receptive to registered apprentices who possess serious rigid conduit and panel experience.

Industrial Expertise: You must possess verifiable, hands-on shop experience specifically focused on rigid conduit installation and complex electrical panel building.

Safety and Leadership: We need self-starters who naturally step up to solve problems and possess an uncompromising attitude toward workplace safety and cleanliness.

Team-Oriented Personality: You need strong verbal communication skills, an upbeat, outgoing attitude, and the ability to mesh perfectly with our existing, tight-knit crew.

Pre-Employment Clearances: All successful applicants must be willing and comfortable passing a standard criminal background check as well as a pre-access Drug and Alcohol (D&A) screen.
