Our busy manufacturing facility in the Acheson/Spruce Grove area is seeking two skilled Journeyperson Electricians (or seasoned Apprentices) to join our team. This 6-month temp-to-perm role offers the chance to demonstrate your expertise and lock in a stable, long-term career. If you excel at bending rigid conduit, possess strong panel assembly skills, and thrive in a energetic shop setting, we want to hear from you.

Competitive Pay Rates:
Journeyperson: $46.00 / hour (commensurate with top-tier experience)
4th Year Apprentice: $36.80 / hour
3rd Year Apprentice: $32.20 / hour
2nd Year Apprentice: $27.60 / hour
1st Year Apprentice: $25.30 / hour
Abundant Overtime: Boost your pay with ample Friday and Saturday OT shifts available for hardworking tradespeople.
4-Day Workweek: Enjoy standard 3-day weekends! Work Monday to Thursday and keep Fridays for yourself.

Responsibilities
Precision-bend, route, and mount heavy rigid conduit networks for industrial machinery and large builds.
Wire, build, and troubleshoot complex control panels in our active fabrication bay.
Interpret electrical schematics, engineering layouts, and blueprints to ensure error-free installations.
Lead by example on the floor, staying ahead of production goals while prioritizing strict safety standards.
Partner with welders, mechanics, and managers to hit key delivery timelines on time and safely.
Qualifications
Trade Credentials: Alberta Journeyperson ticket preferred; experienced apprentices with strong panel skills welcomed.
Industrial Background: Demonstrated experience in rigid conduit runs and industrial control panel construction.
Safety First: Driven self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and an uncompromised focus on jobsite safety.
Great Attitude: Clear communicator who brings positive energy and integrates well with a close-knit team.
Screening Requirements: Must be able to successfully pass a standard criminal record check and pre-employment D&A test.
