We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electromechanic with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within the food processing or packaging sector. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong in troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment but also shows leadership capabilities and the ambition to grow into a supervisory or technical lead role.

Responsibilities
⚙️ Technical Maintenance (70%)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems (conveyors, PLC-controlled machinery, packaging lines, etc.)
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize equipment uptime and performance
Maintain and improve maintenance records
🧠 Leadership & Development (30%)
Act as a mentor to junior technicians; assist in training new hires
Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating daily maintenance activities
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare to take on supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent trade certification
5–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in food, beverage, or packaging
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical controls, automation, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Basic knowledge of safety standards and food industry regulations (HACCP, GMP)
Availabilities for overtime shifts (nights / weekends)
