Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform automated system-level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In, and Final Test) on network switching equipment to ensure full product functionality.
Troubleshooting: Monitor component or system failures during testing and immediately report anomalies to the Line Lead or Technician.
Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Assemble Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product cases using specialized fixtures, hand tools, and power tools according to technical specifications.
Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of PCBAs and metal work following established quality procedures.
Packaging & Logistics: Handle final product assembly, packaging, and kit picking. Assist team members with material handling, de-trashing, and keeping production lines stocked.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by complying with 5S and safety procedures.
Team Collaboration: Rotate through different workstations to support the team and reduce repetitive fatigue; actively contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing, automobile assembly, or a similar production environment.
Education: An educational background or formal training in electronics is strongly preferred; mechanical assembly experience will also be considered.
Skills: Ability to read and follow detailed process instructions and work comfortably with basic hand/power tools.
Physical Demands: Ability to comfortably lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a clear criminal background check.
