Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance priorities (60% reactive, 40% preventive) in collaboration with the Head Mechanic.
Diagnose breakdowns and methodically resolve technical problems on production lines.
Manage small improvement projects, ensuring fluid communication with supervisors to minimize impacts on production.
Oversee the follow-up and data entry of new equipment into the preventive maintenance program.
Work with various control systems, automation, and instrumentation.
Qualifications
Education: Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Electromechanics or Electrotechnics.
Certification: C License (or in the process of obtaining it).
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating good job stability.
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ideally Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation.
Experience working on production lines.
Aptitudes: Highly resourceful and able to solve problems effectively.
