Responsibilities
Manage projects for energy audit mandates, decarbonization plans, master plans, techno-economic studies, grant applications, and RCx (Recommissioning).
Supervise designers and analysts in task execution.
Identify recommended energy efficiency measures or decarbonization strategies.
Lead the development of energy efficiency measures.
Oversee surveys of mechanical equipment and systems.
Distribute tasks within the project team.
Plan and facilitate meetings with maintenance and operations teams.
Be responsible for writing study reports.
Direct the drafting of study reports.
Control the quality of deliverables.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and internal and external communications.
Prepare and lead coordination meetings with clients.
Qualifications
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy efficiency field.
Excellent knowledge of sector technologies and solutions.
Analytical mindset, technical creativity, and demonstrated leadership.
Strong teamwork skills, good listening abilities, and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (impeccable French, good knowledge of English).
Motivated by sustainable development values.
