Responsibilities and Duties:
• Analyze and interpret technical data related to our exported goods.
• Update engineering database/archive with accurate product specifications and classification codes.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide detailed product information to internal and external stakeholders, including compliance
• Collaborate with suppliers to gather missing product data when not available in existing catalogs or databases.
• Utilize our internal tools for product classification and documentation.
• Manage and complete classification tables with precise and verified technical data.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in product specifications or classifications.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R.
• Proficient in database management and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and industry standards.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and compliance agencies.
