Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
Note: Must be available to work weekends occasionally for routine machine maintenance.

Experience as a Millwright.
Experience as a Welder with a background in fixing industrial equipment or conveyors.
International candidates: If your experience is from outside Canada, you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have hands-on experience repairing machinery.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment such as conveyors, gearboxes, valves, VFDs, chain drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and small motors.
Conduct inspections, address equipment failures, and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
Use CMMS to track and document maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Interpret blueprints and schematics for precise assembly, alignment, and integration of machinery.
Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain detailed maintenance records, prepare reports, and communicate repair status to minimize production disruptions.
Uphold safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
Team player who can collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams to maximize machine uptime and support continuous improvement.
Welding experience or a bachelor of mechanical engineering (from other countries)
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
