The goal of the overall HR SuccessFactors Phase II project is to achieve improvements to the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of learning, recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement services for HRM to the highest standard of client services to HRM business units and employees.

The specific objectives of the Planning and Implementation portion of the HR SuccessFactors Phase II project are to:
Catalogue and analyze relevant artifacts from the initial HR Project under the SAP Business Foundations Program and determine gaps.
· Procure the services of a technical systems integrator (SI).
· Identify corporate stakeholders with an interest in Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding or HR Case Management.
· Identify current state processes where applicable to understand either technical requirements or the scope for managing change,
· Develop detailed business requirements for the implementation of the Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding SuccessFactors modules and the ServiceNow based employee case management system.
Other objectives:
Demonstrate progress while minimizing risk and complexity through phased deployments.
Improve business processes and efficiency while reducing manual processes associated with the solution components.
Support sound employee master data management through automated information exchange.
Identify opportunities for data cleanup and data quality improvement.
Provide all staff easy access through self-serve functionality and mobile capability.
Increase accountability through management checks, approvals and business rules while enhancing reporting and monitoring functions.
Improve decision-making through enhanced metrics and reporting capabilities.
Establish a foundation for long-term operational sustainability by enabling staff to manage and administer business rule configuration.
Define a solution architecture that supports efficient, scalable, and practical system integrations and preservation of master data management.
Provide staff and management with an adequate level of training and knowledge transfer to utilize the new technology effectively.
Improve functionality and enable new features reflecting industry best practices.
Improve reporting capability.

Responsibilities
Role Definition: Senior Business Analys (Fulltime)
· Leads cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations to service owners, including changes to job functions.
· Documents business processes using relevant modelling techniques such as Use Case, Swim-lane, and Data Flow Diagramming.
· Analyses processes to recommend fundamental improvements to management which exploit technology components, eliminate redundant tasks, and/or minimize duplication of effort.
· Conducts management interviews, research, and facilitated multi stakeholder workshops to elicit detailed business requirements. Performs analysis and facilitates stakeholder consensus to create documented, agreed upon to-be and as-is business requirements and specifications.
· Facilitate consensus with respect to conflicting requirements and requirements priorities.
· Challenge business clients on their assumptions and expectations and promote innovative changes.
· Develops and maintains Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure all business requirements, design components, and testing elements are being addressed by the project.
· Monitor adherence to business objectives, policies and standards, initiative scope, and consistency.
· Analyzes proposed Project Change Requests for impacts on documented Business Requirements and projected Business Benefits.
· Defines the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy; Leads the UAT; manages development of UAT test cases.
· Leads the UAT, assigning testing tasks, managing issues and defects found during UAT and undertaking quality and completeness reviews.
· Analyzes training needs and supports the development of training plan and training curriculum or modifications to existing curriculum.
· Supports delivery of training.
· Works with project team and business stakeholders to ensure the Business is operationally ready to effectively utilize the implemented solution.
· Leads operation transition activities and documentation.
· Collaborate with Business Change Management project team members on business change management activities including supporting communications.
· Support solution configuration work led by implementation vendor.
· Demonstrated experience as BA on SAP project. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation preferred.
